Development Association Resource Economic ( DARE ) is a non-governmental, non-political, non-profit Organization. DARE established date on : 24th October, 2008. DARE was objective supported on Poor peoples, Widow, Orphan Children and Vulnerable Group in community to practice with together for developing and increasing the life being. DARE is created by Khmer a team students from integrate university in Battambang Province, Cambodia to help the poor families, who leaded by Mr. Hy Sros. DARE has registered at Ministry of Interior of Cambodia that letter agreement No. 065 Sor . Chor. Nor date on : 16th January, 2009. Since 2008 to present, DARE has try hard working together by Using the own resource to paid on Office rental, administration, teaching English to poor students in Battambang Province. As a make adviser discussion law to victim and Monitoring land issue, to push case was resolution. DARE had research looking for victim women from Malaysia. To support Organization and pushed program process.

The Staffs of DARE has experience worked with Human Rights Vigilance of Cambodia for Battambang Province ( Vigilance ), Cambodia Centre Human Rights ( CCHR) , Vision Youth Development Partnership ( VYDP ), Association Cooperation Economic for Development ( ACED). DARE has Board of Director Number 4 persons ( 3 men, 1 woman) who is team created by law of organization, that has lead by Mr. Nget Puth is Chairman Board of Director . DARE was vision is focus on Developing economic, human resource empower women, and advocacy important.
Staffs of DARE have 20 persons ( 7 women ) and worker full time 20 persons. Part time have 5 persons ( 2 women ) in 2010, DARE received some funds from NGO Advocacy Network for Development ( NAND ) in Battambang Researching for women immigrant victim from working Malaysia in Preytrolach Commune, Rukhakiri District, Battsmbang Province, collect data 12 cases. DARE organization implementation activities the first by using the own resources and other small resources of Community , in during, is not support fund from donors. DARE cooperation KNCED organization open training on technical raising hen, pigs to people poverty in kampongpreas Commune, Sangker District and raising fish in kohchiveang Commune, Ekphnom District, Battambang Province. In 2010, DARE is selected by Pact Cambodia Organization make observation training course, supported by non-local organization of understanding about decentralization and de-concentralization in democracy country. DARE organization has cooperated with many LNGOs to practices, participated NGO Advocacy Network for Development ( NAND ) ( advocacy program ) Battambang Network to support decentralization and deconcentation ( BNSD ) ( D & D program ) NGO Education Partnership ( NEP ) ( non-formal education program ) NGOs Forum, NGO alliance.
